Our Returns Policy

*Cancellations

You get 12 hours to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. However, if we check your order has been shipped, we can not cancel it anymore.

If your order has been canceled successfully, a full refund will be issued through your payment account.

However, we do not support any order cancellations unless you have some reasonable causes.

*Returns

You have 30 days to return the damaged, defective or unusable items once you receive your order.

This four week return period starts from the day you receive your order (or from the day you receive the last item of your order).

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, we reserve the right of refuse returns sent to us over the period time. In the event of return refusal the items will be shipped back to you at your expense, including faulty items.

All products to be returned must be in a unworn condition, carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Please note you must contact us before you return items. The return address must be provided by our customer service center.

*Faulty goods

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving to let us know of any faults. Howsoever you have 30 days to return the merchandise. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.

Cost of returns

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

*Exchanges

We do not do exchanges for wrong color, size or style. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time and there are many unexpected factors for transportation.

*How long does it take to process my return?

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 10 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
